2026 Ram 1500 Trims Explained: Screens, Seats & Truck Equipment
Start with the equipment you will use every day: the screen, seats, camera views and truck hardware. A higher trim changes the starting specification, while equipment groups can change the actual truck. This guide covers all ten trims in our U.S. 2026 Ram 1500 catalog.

A practical way to narrow the choice
Start with the cabin
Compare Tradesman, Express, Warlock and Big Horn / Lone Star if you want to see how the basic cabin and appearance change before moving into the higher trims. Big Horn starts with an 8.4-inch screen; its H2 group adds a 12-inch navigation screen.
Then compare comfort and capability
Laramie brings a 12-inch navigation screen and leather-trimmed front seats in the stated base configuration. Rebel and RHO deserve separate suspension and powertrain comparisons. Do not assume an off-road-focused truck includes every comfort option.
Compare the premium equipment directly
Limited, Limited Longhorn and Tungsten differ in cabin materials and equipment. Tungsten lists a standard 14.5-inch screen and 24-way front seats with massage. Check the exact rows before paying for a trim name.
The selected highlights below describe standard equipment, not every feature or available package. Trim illustrations can show optional equipment. Use the interactive comparison for package details; use VIN comparison for an individual vehicle.
Ram 1500: 10 trims
2026 Crew Cab 4x4, 5-foot-7 box; each trim’s base engine. Optional rows identify upgrades and do not change the standard specification. RHO uses its separate factory page; missing rows are unverified, not proof that a feature is absent.

Questions that change the buying decision
Which trims start with the larger screen?
Laramie, Rebel, RHO, Limited and Limited Longhorn list a 12-inch standard screen; Tungsten lists 14.5 inches. Tradesman, Express, Warlock and Big Horn / Lone Star list 8.4 inches. Available upgrades are separate from these starting specifications.
Can a Big Horn have the equipment I want without becoming a Laramie?
Sometimes. The factory comparison lists H1/H2 seat-heating equipment and an H2 12-inch screen upgrade for Big Horn / Lone Star. Compare installed packages on two actual VINs rather than treating all Big Horn trucks as identical.
Does a bigger screen include a 360-degree camera?
Screen size and the camera system are separate facts. Our comparison lists surround-view equipment as a package feature where documented. Ask to see the camera views on the exact truck; a backup camera alone does not establish surround view.
What does “power in the bed” mean?
Check outlet location and output together. The factory table lists a separately available 2-kW, 120-volt system for the 5-foot-7 Crew Cab box configuration. A cabin outlet or wireless charging pad is a different feature. Confirm the installed system and its operating instructions.
Can I choose towing capability from the trim badge?
Use the exact truck configuration and ratings. Cab, box, engine, axle, drivetrain, installed equipment and passenger/cargo load matter. Bring your trailer requirements and check the VIN-specific towing information and vehicle labels before deciding.
Ask for a demonstration of your must-haves
Ask for a video showing the screen information, camera views, seat controls and the outlet location and label. Identify the VIN so the demonstration applies to the truck you may buy.
